The Keeper

When we meet the Keeper, she’s a project manager at a local non-profit, burning the candle at both ends and courting an aggressive case of burnout. She’s tenacious, impulsive, and tries to keep a handle on her temper.

She thought “cuffing season” referred to the hems of clothing and she doesn’t believe in ghosts. She’s a mess, she’s trying her best, she just needs to rest.

The Grandfather

He’s been the keeper of this here lighthouse for decades now, like his father before him, and his father before him, on and on back to the laying of the foundation stones. He’s stoic, and a bit over protective, but he has a soft spot for his granddaughter, the Keeper.
